Peta Flaherty is a Project Land Sales Specialist at Scape Realty and a key member of the team behind Pinny Beach. Following three years representing Scape’s highly successful Crangan Bay project, Peta has now transitioned to Pinny Beach, bringing with her extensive experience in land sales and a deep understanding of the buyer journey.
During her time at Crangan Bay, Peta became a familiar and trusted face of the project, guiding buyers through the purchasing process and helping hundreds of families take the next step towards building their future. Her experience at Crangan Bay has given her valuable insight into the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie property markets, as well as a genuine understanding of what buyers are looking for when choosing where to build their home.
With a background in high-end customer service and residential property sales, Peta is known for her approachable nature, genuine communication and ability to build strong relationships with buyers.
