CRANGAN BAY | Pathway & Boardwalk
Current Update: July 2025
We are pleased to update our estate residents and prospective buyers that after months of meetings with both council and national parks we have settled on a final design for our estate pathway and boardwalk. Since our previous update below, we were hesitant to start construction our boardwalk outlined below as "stage 2" until we were able to ensure National Parks would sign off on the remainder of the pathway which joins from this boardwalk to the drainage areas of Stage 2.
National Parks have provided us the green light! Our plans are now also out to tender with civil contractor's and we plan for remainder of the pathways and boardwalk to commence in the coming months with the ideal deadline being completed by Christmas.

We are pleased to advise that stage 1 of our pathway construction is now complete.
Feedback from local residents is that this is a welcomed addition to the local community, now providing a level area for local children to ride bikes and scooters.
Since our last update in December 2023, we confirm that we are currently working closely with Central Coast Council to finalise plans for our second stage of our overall Pathway & Boardwalk. This second stage entails our boardwalk component which will provide the connection from Lions Park, Gwandalan to our estate, joining at the bottom of our drainage areas in Stage 1.
This connection will add the lifestyle elements to our estate, providing access to the existing lakefront, Gwandalan Boat ramp and jetty, as well as providing a route for residents to walk to Gwandalan Village and Bowling club.
We are excited to see this boardwalk commence construction this year and again expect completion by end of this year.
We will again notify local Gwandalan residents when this construction is due to commence and will provide all of our buyers updates on our progress.

Following on from our last update, we are pleased to announce that stage 1 of our pathway construction is now complete.

Throughout this year we will continue our construction, with the next stage being our board walk through the lower mangrove areas which will connect to our future stage release and provide the link from our estate to Lion's Park.
We will again notify local Gwandalan residents when this construction is due to commence and will provide updates on our progress.
Previous Update: February 2023
We are thrilled to announce construction has commenced this week on our Crangan Bay pathway and boardwalk which is a vital element of the lifestyle offering of our lakeside estate. This first stage starts at Lions Park Gwandalan, with a 3metre wide concrete path leading from the boat ramp along the waterfront to the mangrove area at the southern end of our future stages land release.
This will connect to a timber boardwalk that will form stage 2 of the pathway construction.
We are excited to see this pathway & boardwalk progress through 2023 in preparation for stage 1 residents with some starting to draw closer to completion of their builds.
