CRANGAN BAY | Stage 5 - Under Civil Construction

Current Update: May 2026

Civil construction in Stage 5 is progressing steadily, with major earthworks and lot preparation largely complete. Key infrastructure is now taking shape, including sewer installation, stormwater systems, and retaining walls, alongside the early stages of road construction. Civil construction is on track for completion end of this year, meaning ETA for land registration is likely February 2027. We will update our stage 5 buyers as we approach the final quarter of 2026

Registration timeframes again remain on track expected for February 2027. Civil Construction ETA completion December 2026.

Bulk earth works is now 90% complete through stage 5. Sewer and drainage works have commenced. 

Due to recent rains, our civil contractors have provided an updated eta of December this year for the completion of civil works. Acknowledging the Christmas period with relevant authorities, we have now updated likely land registration to take place February 2027. We will continue to provide updates as civil works progress.

Our civil contractors at Robson civil are continuing to hit milestones in our stage 5 construction to start this new year. Since our last update in September, bulk earth works are now 60% complete across this stage with some lots now starting to take definition within our premium release. 

Over the coming months, the drainage and sewer works will commence which is works that happen underground, meaning on surface level the site will appear relatively unchanged. We assure buyers that progress is continuing and appreciate your ongoing patience.

Civil Construction has now commenced for our stage 5 land release. Always an exciting milestone and we are excited to have teamed up again with the Robson civil team who after months of planning are now breaking dirt on this stage. Ecology studies are now complete across the stage, clearing has begun and bulk earth works commence this month.
