CRANGAN BAY | Community Progress Update
Exciting progress continues across Crangan Bay, with multiple stages of the community now under construction as the vision for this growing lakeside neighbourhood continues to come to life.
Works are progressing steadily throughout both Stage 5 and Stage 6, with major civil infrastructure now taking shape across the estate. As seen below, both stages are beginning to visibly transform, with road networks, lot shaping and key infrastructure works helping bring the future community to life.

In Stage 5, bulk earthworks and lot preparation are largely complete, while sewer installation, stormwater infrastructure, retaining walls and the early stages of road construction are all well underway. Civil construction remains on track for completion later this year.
Over in Stage 6, bulk earthworks have commenced alongside initial lot shaping and road preparation works, marking another important milestone in the continued expansion of the Crangan Bay community. Sewer infrastructure has also commenced, with registration timelines currently anticipated for mid-2027.
Beyond residential construction, significant progress is also being made across the community’s recreational and lifestyle spaces. Works on the future lake reserve pathways and boardwalk continue to advance, with foundation layers nearing completion ahead of paving and landscaping works. Once complete, the space will provide residents with a scenic connection to the lakefront reserve and surrounding natural environment.
The estate playspace is also rapidly taking shape, with play equipment now installed alongside completed rubber soft-fall surfaces and feature tree planting. Upcoming works will include pathways, shelters, shade structures and final landscaping, helping create a vibrant recreational destination for future residents and families.
These milestones continue to reflect the broader vision for Crangan Bay — a thoughtfully planned lakeside community designed to balance lifestyle, open space and connection to nature.
