CRANGAN BAY | Recognised with Prestigious UDIA NSW Award for Excellence
Scape Properties is proud to announce that Crangan Bay has been named the 2026 UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in Residential Subdivision, recognising the community as one of New South Wales' leading residential developments.
Presented at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA NSW) Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner on Friday 31 July, the award celebrates outstanding achievement in planning, design, environmental stewardship and community creation across the property industry. The awards are independently judged through a rigorous assessment process, including detailed written submissions and on-site inspections by industry experts.
For the Scape Properties team, the recognition reflects years of vision, collaboration and commitment to creating places where people genuinely love to live.
